Our current Science topic focuses on how plants grow. What
better way to find out about this than to grow some plants ourselves! At the start of this topic many children posed
the question, “Can plants only grow with water?” well we decided to put this to
the test. Each child was given four
plant pots and four beans. Each day the children will water their plants using
different liquids, milk, water, juice and olive oil. Then we’ll be able to see
which grow and which do not. Some may grow but perhaps take longer than others?
