A Chembakolli Village

This week, our India topic comes to an end. We have thoroughly enjoyed finding out about a different way of life and comparing it to our own has been fascinating.

During art lessons we have been creating a Chembakoli village (this is a small village in the south of India), first we learnt about the conditions of housing and then we looked at the surrounding environment. After that, we used the knowledge that we had acquired to draw a plan of a village. Finally, we brought these to life and created our very own 3D models.
